Mark Griffin, CCIM/ President and John Kawalchuk, Associate recently representing the landlord in the lease of two office suites located at 3449 Pelham Road. The building is located in the Pelham East office development in Greenville County near I-85.

The entire uppper level suite of 4,000 sf was recently leased long-term to ITAC (Industrial TurnAround Corporation) headquartered in Chester, VA. ITAC is a $96 million national company focusing on design, build, and project management in the manufacturing and industrial industries. ITAC will be establishing a Greenville office long-term at the Pelham Road location.

Griffin and Kawalchuk also announce the leasing of 2,000 sf on the lower level to Carloina Counseling Partners, an established, local counseling firm. Carolina Counseling Partners is relocating to the Pelham Road location from another office location and will occupy the lower suite on a long-term basis.
