The 15,000 sf retail center was back on the market for approximately one day before Myers and Griffin brought their investment client to the table. The buyer 620 Howell Ridge LLC is a local multi-unit restaurant and business group seeking to diverify their portfolio with the acquisition of a local performing commercial real estate asset. The retail center sold at a 7.75% cap rate and closed in under 45 days.
