GRIFFIN Property Solutions recently visited the Pickens County Commerce Park located just off of Highway 123 outside of Easley in Pickens County. Pickens Commerce Park is a 310 acre Industrial park home to Tritech USA, Taylor Made-Addidas Golf, and Reliable Automatic Spinkler Inc. The park is three hundred plus acres. GRIFFIN toured the Taylor Made-Addidas Golf facility where the Taylor Made brand golf balls are manufactured are developed. Alliance Pickens is the economic development engine whose primary mission is to attract, retain and increase the number of jobs and increase the tax base in Pickens County. GRIFFIN is in the process of working with Pickens County and the City of Pickens on over 55 privately held acres slated for light manufacturing, residential, and commercial development. Prime industrial sites are currently available and being marketing at the Commerce Park.
