Mark Griffin, CCIM President and Managing Principal at Sperry Commercial Global-Griffin Partners recently represented Communication Technology Services (CTS) in their Greenville, SC expansion. CTS was previoulsy located at the Greenville Spartanburg Internationa Airport industrial park and expanded into a larger space to accomodate the Greenville office future growth as well as to relocate to a more strategic location for employees. The Merovan Center located at 1200 Woodruff Road in Greenville offered the ideal location with easy access to I-385 and 85. CTS signed a long-term lease deal. Tenant improvements were part of the deal. Griffin represented CTS as the Tenant. The Landlord was self-represented. CTS currently maintains 24 offices across the United State incuding office in most major US markets. CTS has annual reported gross earnings of $147 million last year with over 222 employees nationwide.
