Mark Griffin, CCIM and President of Sperry Global-Griffin Partners headquartered in Greenville, SC recently represented the seller in the disposition of an 9,000 sf restaurant located in Columbia, SC. Prior to awarding the listing to Sperry Global-Griffin Partners, the Owner had employed several other national commercial real estate companies that failed to get the property sold. Griffin Partners, through a non-traditional auction marketing platform in conjunction with Sperry Global Auctions and Darrell Hoover. Darrel Hoover is President at Sperry Global Affiliate Crisscross Solutions located in Newport Beach, California.

Hoover was at the forefront on the auctionere selling side, managing every aspect of global media digital advertising to get the property exposed to the right potential investors. Hoover has been in the real estate auction business for over 30 years and was previosly President of a national homebuilding company Beazer Homes. The 9,000 sf previous Quaker Steak and Lube restaurant is located in the growing suburb of Elgin, SC with I-26 Interstate visibility. Sperry Global-Griffin Partners represented the seller, Crisscross Solutions/ Sperry Global Auctions represented the buyer. The property ultimately traded at $775,000 and the closing took place within 45 days from contract.
