Asana Partners has launched the redevelopment of Pacific Box, a 221,600-square-foot mixed-use property located on Charleston’s Upper Peninsula.

The project will transform 26,000 square feet of office space into retail and dining options, with completion slated for the second quarter of 2026.

The 10-acre property, positioned along King Street, will introduce a variety of upgrades, including:

• A 6,000-square-foot anchor restaurant space
• Enhanced retail façades and exterior improvements
• A redesigned courtyard and turf gathering areas
• A children’s play zone and event venue for year-round programming
• Expanded covered patios for dining and shopping
• Additional parking options

Popular tenants such as Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. & Taproom and Rancho Lewis will remain open during the redevelopment.
