William ‘Billy’ Tipping recently joined the SperryCGA-Griffin Partners team as Associate. He is an Upstate native and has deep roots in our community. After owning and running a major office furniture business in Greenville for many years, he began a long and distinguished career in commercial real estate appraisal with Stone and Associates in downtown Greenville. Thanks to both his personal business experience and his years as a SC Certified General Appraiser, Billy has extensive working knowledge of a wide variety of commercial properties and businesses. These include, but are certainly not limited to, multifamily, places of worship, automotive dealerships, large industrial buildings, land tracts, medical and dental offices, retail centers, and office and warehouse buildings. Billy holds a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel, as well as his SC Real Estate License.
